Pros
Worked with a fantastic, talented team. Really enjoyed the work environment (most of the time) and generally enjoyed the work. Lots of challenge and opportunity to get involved in additional projects and develop new, non-standard skills to the role.
Cons
Management was not great. Owner focused VERY heavily on a project that was pretty clearly destined to fail while other departments struggled. I was once reprimanded due to a client's unclear list of nice-to-haves becoming a list of unreasonable requirements, which then became a priority task with zero available resources. Did not care for several members of management. Environment became wildly chaotic. Was often expected to be available after-hours, which I understand is part of the industry but is still awful to deal with. A manager once provided my personal phone number to a client, who continuously contacted me off-hours.
