Great ideas with abysmally poor execution - Engineer Dasher/Lawless Employee Review

My time with Dasher Lawless Inc. was caustic and poorly managed. The CEO's management method was very similar to being in a relationship with a narcissistic abusive partner. Some days you are praised for your hard work, and others you are told you're not worth the paycheck given to you. And while the company's goals were exciting and lofty, the mismanagement and resulting poor work/life balance ultimately made my time there miserable.
