Mismanagement and Overwork - Anonymous employee Dasher/Lawless Employee Review

From the ownership down to the structure of the company. This place is horrible. If you want to get some good experience this is the place for you but keep in mind usually you will not get paid on time plus being underpaid and overworked. Usually the company runs out of money to buy materials, parts, or service machines properly that causes delay to deliver the project on time and put some much pressure and stressed on employees to deliver the project fast. There is too much upper management involvement in everything causing a lot of mismanagement and employees to do work out of their duties.
