Pros
If you are on the right project (not working a lot of overtime) then flexible working schedule and environment. Good employees to work with.
Cons
Has gone steadily downhill since the drastic management changes over the past couple of years. You should not expect a lot of opportunity for career growth here. Also, do not expect to make much money over your base salary, very poor yearly bonus/profit sharing and extremely low yearly salary increase over the past few years. Office culture and morale plummeted over the past two years.
