Stable job, excellent benefits, usually interesting work, If you like a large very process driven organization where your a small cog in a big machine, then this place will suit you.
Cons
Very difficult to get promoted unless your French. Often your job description and responsibilities will change without your consent. Don't step on anyone else's toes in trying to prove your worth. They give the illusion of caring about employees well being and promotions, but it very rarely happens. Wage increases are very low if at all Don't expect to get rich here.
