Job security, decent pay for the amount of work.
Cons
1. Most products are legacy, so once you spend few years here, it's hard to get out. Since you're stuck with code that was written ages ago. 2. Huge gap between employees in India and abroad. Huge. At times you'll feel like a mere servant to the oversees lords. 3. It will only matter a little if you work much harder than your other teammates. If you are a slacker, then it's good for you because you won't be bothered much. 4. The company put the lives of all employees at risk by calling them back to the office in the middle of the pandemic.
