      Pros

      Seniors are very helping and has got very high functional and technical skills Depends on team and project. But the pros of the project I was in named Server items and team capital is just flawless to have your technical skills boosted up. Lot of work around, non repetitive work which ensures you learn new things and sharpen your tech skills

      Cons

      Not much encouragement towards innovation. Innovation should be given top priority among any other things.
