Can't think of any...probably the industry it operates in but there are so many other data center/tech event companies you can work for that won't give you trauma and PTSD

Where to begin? This is your textbook toxic company basically. Senior Management, particularly in Marketing, micromanage to a level I have never seen before. The only thing you will learn from them is survival and coping mechanism. I have been in meetings where people were shouted at and spoken to in an inhumane way. It's like management are all given a playbook in how to be toxic manager
