Pros

if you praise the boss you will get high salaries

Cons

Title: Not a Company - A Cult of Incompetence and Psychological Abuse Do not be fooled by the pretense of being a tech firm. This organization is a masterfully designed system for extracting every ounce of talent and dignity from its employees while giving nothing in return. It is the most toxic environment I have ever encountered. The Foundation of Exploitation: Financial Warfare: Your salary is not a payment; it's a suggestion that arrives 3-4 months late, if you're lucky. This is a deliberate strategy to create financial dependency and trap you. Beggar's Protocol: Basic human rights, like vacation time, are treated as royal favors you must grovel for. The administrative staff acts as a corrupt gatekeeping entity, creating a culture of "who you know" over "what you know." Starvation of Resources: You are given broken, cockroach-infested tools and expected to build gold. Broken chairs, unstable tables, and unreliable hardware are constant reminders of how little you are valued. The Culture of Human Disregard: Public Executions: There is no hierarchy or HR to protect you. The boss's preferred management style is public beratement, designed to humiliate you into submission and destroy your confidence in front of your peers. Hygiene and Health are Optional: The office is a biohazard. Dirty plates pile up, and the pervasive sight and smell of chewing tobacco create an environment that is not just unprofessional, but physically nauseating. Theft of Credit: This is not incidental; it is policy. The boss does not lead; they harvest. Every idea you have, every bug you fix, every feature you build will be presented as their own genius. You are an anonymous ghost in the machine they claim to have built. The Advanced Toxicity: Deliberate Isolation: You will have no one to learn from because they cannot afford—and are terrified of—hiring competent senior talent. This is by design. It keeps you ignorant, malleable, and unable to gauge your own market worth. Gaslighting as Gospel: You will be told that the constant chaos, the screaming, the late pay, and the squalor are "what it takes to be a startup warrior" or "a learning opportunity." It is not. It is abuse. Forced Incompetence: You will be set up to fail with impossible deadlines, undefined projects, and then blamed for the inevitable failure. This cycle is used to justify the low pay and the abuse. The Poisoned Well: The only employees who survive are the ones who embrace the toxicity—the sycophants, the yes-men, and the ones who partake in the gossip and backstabbing. Decent, skilled people are driven out quickly. No Lunch, No Prayer, No Life: Denying you time for lunch or prayer isn't about being busy; it's a power move. It's to prove that they own you, body and soul, for those hours. You are not a human; you are a resource to be depleted. Final Verdict: Working here is a scar on your resume and your psyche. The skills you will learn are how to survive in a warzone, not how to build a career in tech. You will lose confidence, you will lose savings, and you will lose faith in the professional world. This place is a black hole that consumes talent and emits nothing but misery. Avoid this company as if your career and mental health depend on it—because they absolutely do.
