      Pros

      I've worked for Data Masons for less then a year but I can tell you it is a wonderful place to work. If you are a self-starter and like learning new things, taking on challenges and collaborating with co-workers you'll enjoy working here. My opportunities feel endless, there is always something new and exciting to work on around the corner. The benefits are very good and all in all it is an extremely pleasant working environment.

      Cons

      I don't necessarily consider this a con but many people might think it is....there is quite a bit of change within the company so f you are not able to roll with the punches and adapt to new processes or whatever change may come along you might not enjoy the working for Data Masons.

      Pros

      Data Masons has exceptionally ethical culture driven by executive leadership. This has empowered me to make the right decisions for our customers time and again. I love being part of a company that has the best of breed solution and is continually growing. There are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, try new things or stay within my wheelhouse. I also work from home which has been a huge benefit to my work-life balance (eliminating long commute). Travel is minimal for me, but the opportunity is there if I want it. I feel the metrics are in place for me to have flexibility but be recognized for efforts. It has been a long time where I could honestly say I love my job, company and going to work every day. I am very appreciative to have that again.
