There is tremendous creative freedom to pursue your passions within the context of what the company does. They have kept their focus purposely narrow and invested in it's people to create deep capabilities. This gives the individual great opportunity to learn and grow at an accelerated pace.
Cons
Must be a self-starter. Not an environment that leads you by the hand. The market opportunity is their and you are trained to succeed within that market --- the rest is largely up to you and your drive and ambition.
