Great work environment, good opportunities, great people from the president to the bottom, they all seem to want to make sure you succeed

Lots of good people in middle management and below. Everyday work environment generally good: staff is mostly cooperative and supportive of each other. Good database products and stable customer base, but revenue highly dependent on real estate market trends.

Senior management fails to take responsibility for poor decisions. Company has downsized significantly in recent years. Market is very mature with little growth opportunity. Horizontal expansion into new products/markets has been minimally successful. Limited career growth due to company size and situation. Offshore operations increasing in scope and impact, but quality is questionable and may come back to haunt the company in the future.
