Great Company - Data Transformation Specialist Data Transformation Corp Employee Review

I spent the past 7 years at DTC starting as a DBA and ending as a Manager. The people at DTC were always a joy to work with and the environment was pleasant. There was always a strong business ethic and a general feeling of professionalism. I always felt important as an employee and was always satisfied with what we were able to accomplish. I will truly miss my my time working at DTC; however I will not miss the beltway traffic, lol. Sorry to see it end.

Being close to DC; traffic on the beltway was not always the best. However, the length of time employees stayed with the company (18-25 years in many cases) was certainly a testament to the company.

DTC is a family oriented company that cares about their employees. DTC's work environment was that of a small family. I worked at DTC for more than 15 years and they always provided a great working environment even with the changing times and tried to maintain providing quality benefits and salaries to their employees. They continue to fight for their employees to obtain good working contracts.

Working under client contracts can always be stressful but, that is the nature of the business. No matter where you work, you are always under some sort of deadline and stress to get the job done.
