Highly incompetent and entitled management, a manager with 4 years of experience who knows management as much as you, CEO is delusional - he wants to build a NVIDIA but can't retain an employee, says 70hrs workweek is a norm and want you to take up 3X responsibility with no financial complement, hires only freshers who know nothing about how the industry functions and abuse them, policies only for employees but they disregard the contract, they'll put you on PIP for not answering their whatsapp call on weekend, threaten to sabotage your career when you try to leave, highly dependent on a couple of clients, market themselves as a product company but they're not, halt your increment for no reason and not be transparent about it, and the list goes goes on. And the funny thing is if you ask questions to your seniors, they will question you back instead of answering you. It's okay to not know stuff, just acknowledge. Nobody expects you to understand everything. Talk to any ex-employee and get more details on their experience on slavery. You can imagine the worst and this company has ticked it at some point of time. Settle for a lesser salary somewhere else, if that's an option.
