      High-paying Quick and accurate payment (never had errors or delays) Intriguing and thought-provoking projects Cannot be better as a side job

      No information on how the platform evaluates workers (impossible to know why or why not and when you have work available)

      Pros

      Pay is solid for contract work. Projects are consistently available. I love that I can work when I want for how ever long I can.

      Cons

      Limited feedback on submitted work, no idea if I'm doing an okish job, or turning in high quality work. The only way I know for sure is project keep showing up on my dashboard.
