      Cons

      Lack of feedback The account can be locked or take limitations without any clear reason, which makes the situation stressful and frustrating most of the time.

      Pros

      Pay is solid for contract work. Projects are consistently available. I love that I can work when I want for how ever long I can.

      Cons

      Limited feedback on submitted work, no idea if I'm doing an okish job, or turning in high quality work. The only way I know for sure is project keep showing up on my dashboard.
