      we are offered breakfasts and yoga. the environment is friendly, the are internal communities, ability to work fully remotely

      Cons

      not much, really. i wish Luxmed coverage was higher, now it's just a simple basic contract. Multisport card price is shared between employee and employer. My share is around 120 zl per month.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
