Pros
- Exceptional company culture (a lot of people seem to work from home when they need to, which is a standard for tech in the Silicon Valley. Good job on that DataCare) - Promotions are earned (they are available, they are reachable, but they aren't thrown around often) - Work can but busy, but has a relatively 'relaxed' environment - Job security (the product is customizable to fit various medical workflows, which shows a lot of opportunity for the company to continue growing)
Cons
- Front door has to be repaired multiple times a year. It is very noisy and faulty. (Weird thing to write here, but would probably be more economically efficient if they replaced the damn thing already) - More catered lunches and team outings would be appreciated - Bonuses would be appreciated as well - Pay rates are not the most competitive
