Pros
During the "we need you" honeymoon phase/first 3 months, main pros were: - Fair remuneration, - Thoughful WFH financial support or perks, - Incredibly exciting & fulfilling work (it was wildly addictive) - Wonderful colleagues (excluding management) Soon thereafter, these can simply no longer be enough nor sustainable to continue
Cons
Working here means being prepared for an environment that lacks transparency and fosters a culture of mistrust. The expectation is that you will work 14-hour days as the standard, not the exception. Management operates with a manipulative style and will threaten performance reviews if you attempt to manage your workload or ask for a reduction in client load. This is a place where you're seen as a disposable resource, and you should expect to be let go as soon as your utility to the company runs out.
