Good salary and remote work but unstable environment - Anonymous employee DataFeedWatch Employee Review

I joined DataFeedWatch in 2016 after working at two big global companies and I don´t regret it! At this time the company counted just 15 employees, now almost 100 which shows how the number of people has more than doubled in the meantime. Here are some pros: - Very nice work environment which gives you the feeling that you belong to this DataFeedWatch-Family - Flexible working hours & work from home - If you do something "extra" it gets definitely noticed by the management and your team - Great Management - People stay at this company for +3 years, some for almost 10 years already! - Work from home or come to the office whenever you want - Enjoy lunch with your colleagues (Sodexo Card) - Gain knowledge about E-Commerce (and Sales, Marketing, etc.) - Not a typical Corpo-Company - Good salary & bonus - People from different countries

Well, I don´t see any real cons´ at DFW but let me tell you about some other points: - Unfortunately, you need to work - Your colleagues ask you to go for a beer after work - DFW takes the whole company once a year for a few days to a nice hotel in Wroclaw or Zakopane for example, where you spend time with your teammates, have fun, activities, have some nice dinner, and drink again ;)

For the first time I got to work in a company that encourages us to generate the ideas and even introduce some of them by our selves. It makes our daily life super creative and fulfilling. We feel that we we are trusted to co-create our workplace, without being micro-managed. And we also have fun and do a lot of activities after work together. Highly recommended.

The company undergoes a lot of changes as a young, fast growing organization and not everything is codified.
