Very talented and committed people. It's a shame that many were let go during the recent RIF. Great technology that fills a market gap, I.e. the ability to democratise AI and make it accessible to anyone in the org CEO just resigned

Incompetent management: A lousy, clueless CEO (who just resigned, thank god!) that is flanked by an equally lousy CFO, CGTMO and CPO. Abhorrent decision making with even poorer execution. Culture and values: non-existent culture; values are primarily lip service - I hardly saw it practiced. Egos are aplenty and allowed to permeate. Operational execution: is utterly dismal. Seems like each function is tyring to R&D across their own functional areas. This leads to process on top of another process and adds an amazing level of bureaucracy for staff, customers and partners to deal with. Virtually ZERO field empowerment that requires approvals from someone sitting in a timezone 8 hours away who is clueless (and not interested) in a customers context. This creates an immense amount of friction on customers that want to transact with datarobot. GTM: a flawed, broken, outdated GTM strategy with an incessant focus on vanity metrics that aims to micro-manage to the n-th degree (I cannot underscore how much you will be micro-managed!). GTM is copy-pasted across GEOs and industries without due consideration of the peculiarities and nuances across geographies, industries and clients. Enablement serves to regurgitate the same flawed gtm almost with blind faith, discounting any rational thought on what it actually takes to win. Follow the book and ",just do", don't think is the order of the day. KPIs: there is a distinct absence of shared KPIs across teams as a result of the pointed focus on vanity metrics. This means individual teams are only focused on their little area and measured by their individual metrics, rather than joint objectives to drive them to do what's right for the business or the customer
