Work Life Balance is okay but expected to work 45+ hours to remain in good standing. As many other reviews, the people are the best thing in the company but these people are trapped by work Visa

Easily one of the worst companies to work for - Management is running the company into the ground and is oblivious to their poor decision-making. Most current employees in the company hate working there but hanging in either due to the poor job market or visa complications. Sales positions are virtually non-existent and you will not actually manage anything sales-related. All "Sales" work is done by leadership. **You will barely get any sales-related experience. A very high amount of nepotism and good employees are always leaving for better opportunities. The company is destined to fail. Leadership extremely controlling and focuses on protecting their company image rather than improving things at the company. (Most positive reviews here are fraudulent and do not refelct employee satisfaction levels. Fire and hire policy and leadership makes decision on firing and even hiring. Even managers claim to have little power when people are fired and I have been seeing that in the company.
