Pros
I don’t really think it has any pros from the time I was there. 1-2 cool people who I interacted with but that’s about it.
Cons
Literal cooking pot. Always people are pissed, many of the senior engineers have huge egos, disrespects/disregards new engineers. I mean you guys should work on mentorship skills before even reaching those senior positions. Work was monotonous and not much learning at least the time I was working there, not sure how it is now.
