There are no Pros of working here, unless you are starting your career as they'll help you gain the experience to leave the company and join a better company
Cons
- Management have no idea of what they are doing - You are always excepted to work overtime, there is no escape - Do not get to close to the Managers, they will act friendly but when time comes they'll never help you or support you to grow in the company - You are never given the opportunity to explore, once you are stuck to a set of duties you do only that until the day you leave Just as an example no one from the original hires are still present in the company, everyone left due to the toxic environment, the only person left there is Sarath I believe.
