Genuinely some of the best people I have worked with in my life. Databricks makes you feel cared for and heard. Absolutely love the transparency from Leadership, it's my first time experiencing transparency at this level and im all for it
Cons
Salary may not be as lucrative as many of our other competitors. While it is no means low, I feel like we definitely can do better .
