Pros
Culture is truly #1. A lot of companies say they have a “great culture” but Databricks surpasses that billing. Work with the smartest, kindest people in the industry. Across the board in every role you will work with the best people. Phenomenal technolgy embraced by all of our customers. Excellent leadership. I’ve been in software for 20+ years and this team is smart with an uncanny way of always making the best decisions about the future.
Cons
The only growing pain is the rapid growth in employees. Almost half the company is less than a year seniority so lots of change. This can be a positive too, but is about all I have for negative.
