      So many middle managers who makes sure you’ll never grow in the organisation. Hardworking people are gifted more work and people who have no clue are given pay raise or promotions

      Family atmosphere, honest and hard working management team and staff. Competitive wage structure and reasonable benefits including health insurance and a 401K

      Good opportunities to move diagonally within the company, decent work life balance, able to WFH indefinitely.

      Cons

      Lack of office culture if your whole team is WFH, projects are poorly managed, managers throw people at a problem and blame the people if the problem isn't fixed.
