You are enabled and allowed to learn a lot. Show the management that you are eager to learn on new technologies that might leverage the company. You will have the luxury access to the higher level management. Office building are nice and decent. They may pay good salary, as long as you can debate and argue your positioning and contribution.
Cons
Over work and high pressure is a common condition, your hard-work effort is their standard, which in the end will acknowledged as "suppose-to" deliverable of yours. The more effort you put to level up your hard-work effort, the standard goes up in line. Company may neglect their obligations while seeking excuse. Well-known as the arrogant and ignorant kind of partners.
