You get treated like a subject matter expert, which is really nice and refreshing, young and collaborative team who support each other. CEO is very supportive, and if bandwith is tough he steps in to help out which is not seen in big corporates. HR have some nice things like coffees, team building, lunches, games

It's a small business which is founder led and funded, but growing pretty well.

The technical team who gets work done.

Management does not appear to be growing the business. The company claims to have been around for five years, yet it has only expanded to ten members. They keep making the same mistakes. There is little help to ensure successful sales. After the salesperson goes, the CEO and management blame him for not having a pipeline. The CEO micromanages everything. CEO listens to many fools and podcasts. But the company is not growing.
