Extremely Negative Experience at Dataflix Due to Poor Management and Lack of Structure - Software Development Engineer Dataflix Employee Review

I joined Dataflix really excited about the chance to work and build new things, but my experience turned out to be terrible. The management was ineffective; they couldn't stick to a clear plan or direction, and there was far too much internal politics. My team wasn't great either – nobody seemed motivated to actually build anything significant. On top of that, there was a serious lack of proper structure and processes, making day-to-day work chaotic. Honestly, the HR department was the absolute worst part; I found them to be completely lacking in ethics. It was just a really negative environment dominated by poor leadership and disorganization. Funnily I was asked by HR to give 5 stars on Glassdoor 1 week into the company.
