      Pros

      A few selfless individuals have worked — and continue to work — to make this organization an excellent place for freshers to start their careers. Sadly, this spirit remains limited to only a handful of people. Poor, unnecessary hires have undermined the positive culture, triggering drastic and damaging changes falsely labeled as growth makes it not a good place at all

      Cons

      1.Individuals without sufficient expertise are sometimes entrusted with projects, which is leading to mismanagement,challenges and difficulties for the wider team. 2. There appears to be a tendency to favor loyalty and flattery over genuine talent. 3.Decision-making and influence are tightly controlled by a circle of sycophantic seniors, juniors, and management, undermining fair opportunities and healthy culture.
