From software engineer point of view: 1) This is not an IT company. This is more like recruitment agency. 2) They operate in UK & in India 3) If you are from big companies, request you dont fall in trap. 4) UK visa which these guys offer is not right choice for UK (though it is legal) 5) if you are coming to UK, you have to find contract by your own. These guys will give you only 1 or 2 months time 6) If you are working in India, they have only once client which is CRISIL, though you have to clear the interview first and you will be on Datamatics pay role. After explaning whole thing above, you might have got idea now. If you have family, please dont join this recrutiment agency company. They do more like body shopping.....
