Anyone who is ready for a challenge, ready to get stuck in, and up for putting the work in will thrive here - there are many opportunities for advancement, and management recognise talent and contribution. Employees are treated with respect. Conditions, perks, and benefits are of a very high standard. Great team of committed people to work with.
Cons
Working in a start-up type environment, you need to be ready to handle change and to adapt to (and embrace) shifts in how things are done. For some this is a down-side, for others, it's an up-side. If you're ready to run with it, it's a great opportunity to shape how things are done and leave your mark on a growing company.
