3yOur leadership team is genuine in our intent to foster a performance-based culture, in which employees are evaluated regularly, recognized, and rewarded based on the impact of their contributions. We recently rolled out a career pathing framework with competencies aligned to our company values and we strive to align feedback within that framework.
