      Pros

      - Great culture - Very inclusive - Very good package for what was asked of you

      Cons

      - Senior management make it very hard to sell the product - Marketing are useless and have no clue how to market the product and were focussing their time in the wrong areas, adding 0 value. - No clear progression - Completely overhired last year which led to many good people being made redundant - Senior management never listen or even try to listen to the people on the front lines to see what isn't working and what needs to be changed; Some minor changes last year could've transformed the performance of the business.

Economic conditions made it difficult for many tech companies to avoid reductions and we took every step to minimize the impact.
