Pros

The company has changed in the last two years with a a new CEO and management team. The people you work with day to day and the clients are what make the job fun. Develop good relationships with the clients and you can enjoy your time here. However, this may not be reason enough if you are looking for a career.

Cons

The new CEO has appointed a number of senior management roles and a lot of these are filled with people who have no idea what they are doing. There are also countless levels of management and reporting lines so that there is no direct route to Senior management anymore and they have become anonymous. A number of the Datasite sales team (the companies core business) have been with the company for some time and there is a level of arrogance and self interest with the senior Datasite team that precludes anyone joining from getting on quickly. Be wary as they cannot be trusted and will happily steal business from you and take credit and commission for your work if you let them. This is not a pleasant company to work for for these reasons and I would not recommend it unless you just need a stopgap while you look for something better.

Pros

-Coworkers are great. -Training is good. -Customers are usually ok to work with.

Cons

Summary: As a PSS, you'll be expected to support several different products, many of which you will not touch often. It's difficult to be an expert covering so many products and features. They change and update features often, which is both good and bad for customers, but also makes it much more difficult for PSS. You handle really sensitive information (M&A), but are expected to assist multiple customers at once - this is a huge risk. Additional cons: -They implemented a AI agent and then fired several great employees, then increased the rest of the staffs expected workload. -They change ways of working often. -The knowledge base is often out of date. -There's almost always a backlog, but the clients work can be "urgent" - making some clients upset on wait time.
