Pros

Great, friendly team Not much else

Cons

Manager never communicated with our team, managed by making people fear for their jobs or fear her lashing out on them. It was incredibly uncomfortable, felt like I could never relax or take a break because I didn't want to be yelled at. We would work late into the night while she left at 5:00. Never felt like she cared about anything other than 100% perfection at all times. Was laid off via email in the middle of the day, she never told my team, never met face-to-face to discuss options (ie., fewer hours, working fewer days, etc.) simply said there weren't enough jobs to keep me busy. It was incredibly rude, disrespectful and put me in an awkward position as I was still getting assigned jobs AFTER I got laid off. Horrendous management, I've never felt so incredibly disrespected. I would never suggest working here as they work you like a dog and seldom reward you. The company seems to be failing according to other reviews so avoid this sinking ship at all costs. Despite being left high and dry financially, I am relieved to have gotten out of this terrible company.

Pros

-Coworkers are great. -Training is good. -Customers are usually ok to work with.

Cons

Summary: As a PSS, you'll be expected to support several different products, many of which you will not touch often. It's difficult to be an expert covering so many products and features. They change and update features often, which is both good and bad for customers, but also makes it much more difficult for PSS. You handle really sensitive information (M&A), but are expected to assist multiple customers at once - this is a huge risk. Additional cons: -They implemented a AI agent and then fired several great employees, then increased the rest of the staffs expected workload. -They change ways of working often. -The knowledge base is often out of date. -There's almost always a backlog, but the clients work can be "urgent" - making some clients upset on wait time.
