Pros
Good training and a very client facing role - provides an opportunity to meet people on your own schedule.
Cons
Very poor management and slightly toxic environment where length of service (and ability to schmooze those with the longest) is a big contributor to your success. If you are young, perhaps a good place to learn sales early on - if you have any sort of work/life experience, the poor work/management style will likely feel quite patronising. There is little flexibility in work-schedule eg ability to work from home. No clarity on bonus schedule until you are 1 month into role.
