Great Company, Great People - Senior Consultant Datastrong Employee Review

Datastrong has a lot of Pros to it. They are a growing Consulting and Contracting company. There are opportunities for growth and movement within the company. If your contract gets terminated, they find you a new role and don't just leave you hanging. The company is trying to stay on the forefront of data and technology taking input from employees on what are the top emerging technologies are. Datastrong pays their employees to learn these technologies. Management is approachable, HR is always quick with a response, and the projects are exciting.

Benefits could be slightly better, but for a smaller company, they do what they can.

I was probably once in the position you were. I was currently at a large IT consulting firm and loved the people that I worked with and loved the team that I was on, but at the same time I was constantly seeking new opportunities to grow. I decided to post my resume on several job recruiting websites and Datastrong reached out to me with a position that I was interested in. I immediately researched Datastrong on glassdoor and noticed that they did not have too many reviews, but I decided to come in for an interview anyways. I'm glad I did, because as soon as I walked into the office I loved the culture. Datastrong is full of bright, resourceful, business and family oriented folks who do things right the first time. Its the people that truly make this company shine. It is a company where your voice can be heard and changes happen quickly and efficiently. This is the company that is built to better the lives of the people working at the company. The managers and partners of the company are here everyday working with you side by side and are there in case you need to voice an opinion. I love this company for the people, the culture, the flexibility, and the work life balance.

Because its a small company, you may need to perform multiple roles to help out the company in addition to performing your billable roles. Resources may be limited compared to larger companies.
