      1.Salary comes from time to time...every month no delay. 2.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. 3.Quarterly once team outing and yearly 2 trips. 4. They appreciate our work and also provide promotions based on our performance. 5.Encouraging new technical learning aspect, also they provide a refund for certificates. 6.They provide family insurance for all employees. 7.Empathetic employers. 8.Direct interaction with clients.

      1. Not happy with the weekend allowance. 2. 3 month notice period
