Pros
Great concept and fast moving company. Good benefits, plus free gym and free lunch friday, but salary below par compared to other vendors. Team was great to work with and fun culture but this is all gone now
Cons
Hire and fire mentally is a big risk and has killed the company culture. Poor leadership, strategy, execution Changing goal posts, targets makes it impossible to succeed and attain quota and bonus Difficult to give feedback which the management take on personally and not open to change
