Great experience was exposed to almost every aspect of the comapny. Great managers and co-workers. Learned alot from my 1 year at AAM working as a Co-Op. Was incorporated as a critical member of cross functional team. Co-Ops are viewed as near employees and are tasked with real projects and work. You may be bored sometimes but, overall it is a great company to work for. Cafeteria is expensive but, food is pretty good. Numerous associate appreciation days and overall great place to work.
