      Job security: People keep quitting, so they'll take whatever they can get.

      Cons

      People keep quitting. High-stress environment. Bad management. Low pay. No room for advancement or raises. Horrible work/life balance.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
