      Pros

      Smaller company in terms of "big companies" go. You can make difference to the bottom line.

      Cons

      Tier 1's will always have fewer benefits than OEMs. While they appear to be ahead of the game in cost reductions, the vacation and insurance benefits are lacking.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
