Pros
Job security to stay busy fixing repeat issues daily from poor upper management decisions and unqualified workers.
Cons
Everything you can image when it comes to the idea of what it would be like to work at terrible hostile company that isn't successful. Long hours are expected. Highly aggressive & micromanaged leadership style. Corporate profits numbers in the stock market is the only thing this company cares about, and at the expense of employee benefits and compensation. Benefits are a joke, unusable and very costly. You are required to use your personal PTO day during shutdown weeks leaving you almost no remaining time during the rest of the year. Leadership is very threatening to you if you don't follow their micromanagement and limited timelines. Upper management justs asks a bunch of questions about production issues and demands results quickly while not providing any support. The list goes on but you should have the idea.
