      Pros

      Upper mobility is the biggest strength of AHMC. Some of the most important people at the plant were at one time press operators.

      Cons

      The work is sometimes dirty and/or dangerous, and the days can be long. But what can you do? It's a forging manufacturing environment.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
