      Great products. Job security unlike tech.

      Cons

      It is important which team you are in. Some teams don't value talent but just PhD's and multiple years of experience. No structured promotion/career growth. No transparency from leadership in certain teams

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
