      Pros

      AAM offers a lot of opportunities to challenge yourself and grow your career. I feel supported by my leadership team in my day to day activities and future career plans. I really love the community AAM fosters through the various, charitable events, employee engagement activities, Family Days and well-being/learning opportunities.

      Cons

      As with many corporations this size, there is unnecessary red tape that can hold up processes.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
