Pros
I have been working here for over a year now, and I continue to learn new things everyday. I wasn't very comfortable talking with people, or leading them, before this position, but I have grown into a management role where those are two of my main responsibilities. This company has definitely gotten me out of my comfort zone, and I have only benefited from it.
Cons
Like I said above, I had to get out of my comfort zone, which was uncomfortable at times, but it led me to be the person I am today!
