Pros

Unlimited PTO Aggressive commission structure Work hard/play hard culture - Company celebrates big wins together. Multiple times the last couple hours of the work day were blocked off to let our hair down. The CEO would engage in conversations with employees that did not pertain to work. The culture is structured in a way that everyone wants everyone else to be successful. Lunches provided regularly. Very liberal on business expenses. When traveling you never feel like you shouldn’t expense things that add comfort. I never felt like the company viewed my position and role as expendable. Employees are thought of as people first and employees second. If you work hard and care about the effort you put out you will never have an issue working here. Career advancement is provided regularly with opportunities to be a more well rounded professional. The negative reviews may reflect personal feelings. However, the company provides employees with everything that is worded in the employment agreement. Furthermore, it has provided opportunities for people that may not have had the same opportunities elsewhere.

Cons

If you don’t like food from different ethnicities then you may not like every lunch that is provided. If you don’t like to work you may not be happy here… or anywhere really.

Pros

Only pro is that you really can use it as a stepping stone to your next job. The people you sell to are great too.

Cons

I was someone that bought in to it and really thought it would pay off. It was truly one of the most chaotic experiences of my life. They target young females fresh out of school and pump and dump them through roles. Structure is always changing and there is no communication. There was definitely hostile attitudes in upper management toward each other that you could sense. Company also does not seem to have all the parts together. They promise basic things that you SHOULD have as part of your benefits and then don’t deliver. Managers will call you at 7-8pm and have no boundaries. Seriously use it as a stepping stone and get out. They will just drag your career if you stay too long. If people do not quit they just disappear one day and you never know why. They are just gone.
